Iona Has Heaven provides tarot reading, spiritual guidance, and reflective storytelling services (“Services”) in person in Glasgow and online. The Services are intended to offer a grounded tool for reflection, guidance, self-exploration, and contemplation. - Nature of Readings and Disclaimer
You understand and agree that all readings and guidance provided by Iona Has Heaven are for self-reflection purposes only. Tarot readings are not a substitute for professional, qualified advice. The Services provided are not intended to be a replacement for professional advice in any field, including but not limited to:
Medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment.
Legal advice.
Financial, investment, or tax advice.
Iona Has Heaven is not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on the information provided in a reading. You are solely responsible for your own life choices and decisions. - Eligibility
By using this Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian to use the Service. - Booking and payment
Booking: All readings must be booked in advance via the form on the website. Availability is subject to the reader’s schedule.
Payment: Payment for Simple Readings (£10) and Bespoke Readings (£20) will be collected after the reading via either cash or bank transfer.
“Pay What You Can” Service: A “Pay What You Can” service is offered to ensure accessibility. Booking this service requires reaching out via email to discuss options and arrangements. - Intellectual Property
Site Content: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the design and organisation of the website) are and will remain the exclusive property of Iona Has Heaven and its licensors. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United Kingdom and foreign countries.
Reading Content: The content of your personal reading is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not publish, reproduce, or distribute the content of your reading without prior written consent from Iona Has Heaven.
User Conduct and Termination: We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. This includes disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate conduct during a reading session (whether in-person or online). - Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Iona Has Heaven, nor its owner, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage. - Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. - Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
